The seminar organized by The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce’s (IACC) and LawQuest covered topics like President Trump’s recent executive orders, other government initiatives and pending Congressional bills which will impact general travel to the US, undocumented foreigners in the US, the EB-5 Investor and the H-1B programs among other things. This seminar was held on April 27, 2017 at The Taj Lands End in Mumbai.
The panelists included US consular officers, a senior member of NASSCOM, the HR head of America’s premier consumer goods company, the Global Mobility Head from a group company of one of the largest business houses in India, the Vice President of the IACC Western Region and Mrs. Poorvi Chothani, Managing Partner of LawQuest. The program was curated and moderated by Mrs. Chothani, who serves on the committee of the Western India Council of the IACC.
