FY 2022 New H-1B Cap Registration Selections
The USCIS recently determined that it needed to select additional registrations to reach the FY 2022 numerical cap allocations. On July 28, additional cap registrations have been selected from the previously submitted electronic registrations. The petitions for the newly selected registrations can be filed between August 2, 2021 and November 3, 2021.
myUSCIS accounts have been updated on July 28, 2021 and will include new selection notices, which will provide details of when and where to file these petitions. H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed at the designated service center and within the filing period indicated on the registration selection notice.
