Manizeh has prepared immigrant as well as non-immigrant visa petitions and applications for multi-national corporations, new, and startup companies in the fields of technology, finance, and other business sectors. She has also assisted individual clients based on employment and family grounds.
Manizeh’s experience has included an array of professions and she has concentrated on business immigration. In addition, her practice includes Global Business Immigration. Manizeh works with multi-national companies to facilitate the transfer of key personnel and their dependents abroad by securing the appropriate employment authorizations, entry visas and residence permits. She also helps companies that have or wish to set up operations in India or globally with work permits, registration requirements, extension of visas and compliance with local laws pertaining to the employment of expatriates. She renders immigration services under the direct guidance and supervision of Poorvi Chothani.
She is also routinely involved in advising on Commercial Contracts as well as drafting Employment Contracts and Ancillary Documents, Service and Contractor Agreements and preparation of Confidentiality and Non-compete Agreements.
