EB-1A Visa

The EB-1A visa is a prestigious immigration category designed for individuals who have achieved sustained national or international acclaim in their field. To qualify for an EB-1A visa, you must demonstrate exceptional achievement in your field. This is typically evidenced by receiving prestigious awards, such as an Oscar, Nobel Prize, or Olympic medal, or by meeting specific criteria set by USCIS. Due to the high standards and limited number of visas available, obtaining an EB-1A visa is highly competitive.
