Vidhi Agarwal in her capacity as a Partner provides objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth and improving the business performance of the firm. She is involved with the strategy, structure, management and operations of the firm.

She is the CEO of Serenity Transnational Pvt. Ltd. Serenity is a company that helps the legal and business community acquire appropriate human capital and provides training modules key in commercial law topics, useful for the business and legal community. It also provides remote support to fulfill in-house needs at corporate houses. Advisory service to the legal process outsourcing industry is Serenity's fourth dimension. In this capacity, she oversees Serenity’s India legal outsourcing business operations and manages all delivery, quality control and administrative services for Serenity on a global basis.

Vidhi is also a Visiting Faculty in Asian School of Laws (ASL), Pune. She conducts courses and programs in subjects of Intellectual Property Laws, Corporate Laws and Law relating to Mergers and Acquisitions.

Prior to ASL, Vidhi was a Specialist in Pangea3 Legal Database Systems Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, a multinational professional support services outsourcing company. In Pangea3, she managed a team of attorneys for contract analysis and contract abstraction related to investment funds. She also performed covenant quality assessment for credit rating agencies.

Prior to Pangea3, she was an Assistant Manager in Radhaballabh Silk Mills Pvt. Ltd. a textile company based in Mumbai. At RBSM, she assisted in administration of inventory, purchasing, marketing and accounting functions; developed and maintained smooth and accurate operations in a fast paced environment; and successfully accomplished responsibilities to create highly motivated and productive work force. She reduced labor turnover and helped attain sales targets.

Vidhi is currently pursuing an L.L.M. from Mumbai. Additionally she is AMFI and IRDA qualified. Vidhi is actively involved in writing blogs and articles on www.legalera.in or on www.vidhiagarwal.blogspot.com.
